Natasha Barot, Registered Physical Therapist

Natasha Barot is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist (PT) with a solid foundation in both clinical practice and healthcare administration. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Gujarat University in 2021 and further advanced her expertise by earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Administration in 2024.

Natasha has gained valuable experience in a busy clinic in Cambridge, where she honed her skills in patient assessment, individualized treatment planning, and a variety of physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, joint mobilization, and postural re-education. She has worked with a diverse range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Currently, Natasha provides physiotherapy services in a long-term care facility, helping seniors with complex health needs, including mobility impairments, stroke recovery, and chronic pain management. She is passionate about improving her patients’ functional abilities, focusing on strengthening, flexibility, and balance to enhance their overall independence and quality of life.
